FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA I (1984
Festival perdana ini berlangsung di lapangan sepakbola 10 November, Tambaksari, Surabaya, hari Minggu 14 April 1984, yang diikuti peserta 30 group band dari Jakarta, Bandung, Jawa Timur dan Bali : LCC, Flash Rock, Amara, Grass Rock, Blues Brothers, Full of Shit, Heaven, Literature Rock, Vocation, Leizig, Warrock (konon group ini binaan Ucok Aka), Q Red, Squencer, Heart Breaker, Bom Chankar, Sensitive Band, Mat Bitel, Nickey Astria, D’Ronners, Smallers Band. Harley Angels, 2nd Smile, Jamrock, Bissing, Drop Out dan Elpamas. Mereka membawa sebuah lagu pilihan dan lagu wajib Djarum Super: Oh nikmatnya Djarum Super Filter, oh sedapnya Djarum Super filter, untuk memperebutkan hadiah Rp. 3 juta.
Para juri terdiri dari penyanyi God Bless Achmad Albar, penabuh drum Jelly Tobing, gitaris Ian Antono, pemetik bas Arthur Kaunang, pemain keyboard Abadi Soesman dan seorang wakil dari Depdikbud (Departemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan) memilih Harley Angles dari Bali sebagai juara pertama., LCC (Surabaya, juara dua), Elpamas (Pandaan, juara tiga), 2nd Smile (Jakarta, juara harapan) dan Drop Out (Irian Jaya, juara favorit), Juga dipilih penyanyi terbaik Bambang (Harley Angles), penyanyi terbaik wanita Chetty WS (LCC), pemain bas terbaik Indrawan (Harley Angels), penabuh drum terbaik Budi R (Jamrock, Bandung) dan pemain keyboard terbaik Andy (2nd Smile).
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA II (1985)
Pada festival ini dijuarai grup rock asal Pandaan, Malang, Elpamas. Sementara Grass Rock memperoleh juara III dan Rere memperoleh gelar The Best Drumer.
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA III (1986)
Pada penyelenggaraan Festival Rock Indonesia yang ke III pada tahun 1986, juaranya adalah Grass Rock dari Surabaya, saat itu vokalisnya adalah Zulkarnain. Rere pun kembali menyabet gelar The Best Drumer. Mereka lantas memperoleh kesempatan dari Log Zhelebour untuk mengikuti tur 10 kota untuk mengiringi God Bless. Grup rock Slank juga masuk final, tapi hanya berhasil menjadi juara hiburan.
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA IV (1987)
Tahun berikutnya 1987 pada penyelenggaraan ke IV, Adi Metal Rock Band (Surabaya)keluar sebagai juara pertama, sama seperti Harley Angels, Adi Metal Rock Band sampai sekarang tidak tahu rimbanya. Lagu yang sempat hits mereka diantaranya Revolusi Kaisar dan Mereka Menantimu.
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA V (1989)
Festival di adakan di Malang, hasil penilaian dewan juri Power Metal berhasil meraih peringkat pertama, Roxx sebagai peringkat kedua, Andromedha sebagai peringkat ketiga, Kaisar sebagai peringkat keempat dan Rudal menempati peringkat kelima. Selain menempatkan lima besar untuk sepuluh finalis, para dewan juri yang beranggotakan Ahmad Albar, Arthur Kaunang, Jelly Tobing, Jocky Suryoprayogo dan Bens Leo, juga menetapkan beberapa musisi sebagai the best player di antaranya Arul Efansyah dari Big Boys sebagai vokalis terbaik, Lucky Setio Wicaksono dari Andromedha sebagai gitaris terbaik, Tonny dari Roxx sebagai bassis terbaik dan Yoyo Prasetyo dari Andromedha sebagai drummer terbaik.Ada Langkah maju sebagai kelanjutan dari penyelenggaraan festival kali ini, berupa dirilisnya album para finalis yaitu : KAISAR, RUDAL, POWER METAL, SALTIS, PARTHA PUTRI, ANDROMEDHA, NEW CHORDEX’S, BIG BOYS, KAMIKAZE, ROXX, dalam album kompilasi yang bertajuk 10 Finalis Festival Rock Se- Indonesia Ke-V.
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA VI (1991)
Festival kali ini di sponsori oleh Gudang Garam dan dilaksanakan di dua kota yaitu : Semi final diadakan di Malang, untuk Final diadakan di Surabaya.Untuk juara pertama diraih oleh group band KAISAR dari Solo.Sama seperti para finalis pada festival sebelumnya, finalis dalam festival ini yaitu : CASSANOVA, PYTHAGORAS , KAISAR, VALHALLA , SAHARA, NEW CHORDHEX’S, ERTEBE, THREE BROTHER’S, BALANCE, WHIZZKID oleh promotor penyelenggara yaitu Log Zhelebour di racik dalam sebuah album kompilasi bertajuk 10 Finalis Festival Rock Se-Indonesia Ke-6
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA VII (1993)
Juara pertama diraih oleh group band ANDROMEDHA dari Surabaya (Jawa Timur). Untuk Final diselenggarakan di kota Jogjakarta dan kembali finalis pada festival ini yaitu : ACEH ROCK BAND (Aceh Timur),ANDROMEDHA (Surabaya) , CASSANOVA(Yogyakarta), CB BAND (Kediri), LOST ANGELS (Subaya), METAL FORCE (Solo), PRATAMA ROCK BAND (Bengkulu), PYTHAGORAS (Surabaya), SAHARA (Bandung), SCANDAL ROCK BAND (Semarang) berkesempatan masuk dapur rekaman untuk sebuah album kompilasi berlabel 10 Finalis Festival Rock Se-Indonesia Ke-7.
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA VIII (1996)
Dalam penyelenggaran festival kali ini, Log Zhelebour bekerjasama dengan Stasiun Televisi Indonsia.Juara pertama diraih oleg group band TEASER dari Temanggung.Seperti kelanjutan festival sebelumnya, para finalis festival kali ini yaitu TEASER, METAZONE, CB BAND GREZZ ROCK, MUSHROOM, ANTUSIAS, LEPPIS, UNPAR, EMPERIAL, dan THREE BROTHER mendapat kesempatan untuk rekaman dalam sebuah album kompilasi bertajuk 10 Finalis Festival Rock Se Indonesia VIII.
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA IX (2001)
Juara pertama di raih oleh group band UNGU 9 dari Kediri.Dalam penyelenggaraan fetival ini diawali dengan menjaring group-group band dari setiap propinsi di Indonesia yang kemudian diseleksi sebanyak 25 group band untuk berlaga di semi final dan pada akhirnya mengeluarkan 10 finalis yaitu : Ungu 9 (Kediri),Green Master, Dadoo, Arfa’s, Perisai, Loe Joe, Relp, Shianida, Biroe (Den Pasar), dan Purnama (Medan), dimana 10 finalis tersebut digandeng masuk dapur rekaman yang menghasilkan album kompilasi bertajuk Djarum Super Rock Festival IX
FESTIVAL ROCK SE-INDONESIA X (2004)
Dalam Djarum Super Festival Rock Indonesia ke-X di Stadion Tambaksari Surabaya, 10-11 Desember 2004 keluar sebagai jawara yaitu Mujizat Band (Bandung, juara 1), Take Over (Banten, juara 2), Loe Joe (Makasar, juara 3), Mr. X (Banjarmasin, juara harapan), Daun Band (Kediri, juara favorit), Kobe (Sidoarjo, best performance), Billy (Mujizat Band, best guitarist), Ewin (Indonesia Baru Band, best drumer), Erwin Way (Mujizat Band, best bassist), Nora (Daun Band, best keyboard) dan Damar (Take Over Band) sebagai penyanyi terbaik.Pada Semifinal di hari pertama diikuti 25 grup dari 18 propinsi yaitu Sumatera Barat (Cadenza, Pane), Sumatera Utara (Child Band), Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (Manggots), Sumatera Selatan (Tahta Band, Metafora), Jawa Barat (Ferari, Mujizat), Jawa Tengah (Mr. B), Yogyakarta (Reload), Jawa Timur (The Break, Kobe, Daun), Bali (CTC Band, Big G 256), Sulawesi Selatan (Loe Joe, Indonesia Baru), Sulawesi Utara (Virgin ‘N Untouchable), Sulawesi Tengah (Traxtor), Jakarta (Kanda), Banten (Take Over), Kalimantan Timur (Eldee Cool), Kalimantan Barat (Paris 208), Kalimantan Selatan (Mr. X), dan Kalimantan Tengah (Mario Bross).Setelah 25 group tersebut berlaga, keluarlah 10 finalis yaitu Take Over (Banten), Daun Band (Kediri), Mujizat (Bandung), Indonesia Baru (Pinrang), Eldee Cool (Samarinda), Mr X (Banjarmasin), Mr B (Klaten), Kanda Band (Jakarta), Kobe (Sidoarjo) dan Loe Joe (Makasar)
Sayangnya penyelenggaraan Festival Rock Indonesia I sd IV, tidak dikeluarkan album rekaman 10 finalis Festival Rock Indonesia tersebut. Baru pada penyelenggaraan Festival Rock Indonesia ke V Tahun 1989, lewat Logiss Records (Logiss adalah gabungan dua nama, LOG (Log Zhelebour) dan ISS (Iwan Sutadi Sidarta), perusahaan rekaman Log Zhelebour yang bekerjasama dengan Iwan Sutadi Sidarta dengan benderanya Indo Semar Sakti, yang memayung perusahaan rekaman King Records, Billboard, Aruna dan Buletin Intrernasional, mulai merekam 10 lagu finalis yang ke V, dimana juara nya pada saat itu adalah Power Metal (Surabaya), Hendrix Sanada juga terpilih sebagai the best bassist. Lucky Setyo W gitaris Andromedha Rock Band memperoleh The best guitaris. Menariknya saat itu vokalis Power Metal bukan Arul,tetapi adalah Pungky, saat itu Arul juga ikut Festival Rock Indonesia ke V sebagai Vokalis Big Boy (Banjarmasin) dan meraih vokalis terbaik dengan lagunya Polusi Kehidupan. Grup band yang dianggap rival terberat Power Metal saat itu adalah Andromedha (Surabaya), Kaisar (Solo) dan Roxx (Jakarta). Kemenangannya ini sekaligus menjadi awal perjalanan karier Power Metal menembus dunia rekaman.
